Thank you for using the Cleanosaur Customer App. Here the customers can register for a profile that includes – “A Nice To Meet You,” introduction video, profile pictures of their person and work quality, and their contact information. They will have access to GPS tracking cleaner pinpoint, location and mapping services, work order history management, and a mobile online payment platform. Money will be transferred from your bank account at your confirmed completion of a cleaning job. The cleaning partner will also be able to receive ratings and reviews from their customers. They will also be able to rate and review their customers as well.
Here’s How it Works?
1. Customers can register for a profile in the app. They can upload their profile picture, contact information, pictures of their home or neighborhood. A customer can safe, and securely keep a credit card on file.
2. The customer will use the GPS pinpoint mapping and location features to set their cleaning location. They can see on the GPS all available local cleanosaur professionals. They set their request details and price. They confirm and send the notification out to all online cleaning professionals.
3. The cleaning professionals receive the details of the job, and accept the opportunity to clean your home. The customer can see who has accepted their clean request; review their profile picture, A Nice to Meet You introduction video, their ratings and reviews, contact information. The customer can use the app the chat about the clean, or call the cleaner to finalize job details.
4. The cleaner comes to the customer’s home, with location tracking and estimated time of arrival per the set date and time. The cleaners perform all the cleaning request details, and confirms complete in the app.
5. The customer payment is released to the cleaning professional. The customer can also provide a rating, review of all cleaning jobs completed. They can view the work order history of the cleaner, and their own work order history. Use this app to completely manage the cleaning of your home.
